In this video, we will cover how to place orders on cureandcareshop.com.
Placing an order with us can be done with just a few simple steps:
1. If you are interested in receiving a 10% discount on your first order, please be sure to fill out the new user pop-up on our home screen. Once you fill out the pop-up with a valid email, you should receive an email that contains your discount code.
2. To place your order, browse our catalogue of product to find the products you are looking to purchase and add them to your cart. You can browse our product selection in the navigation bar at the top of our website.
3. Once you have your items in the cart and are ready to make your purchase, navigate to the cart icon in the top right of your screen to view your items.
4. Once you have confirmed your items in your cart, you can continue to the shipping and payment page by clicking the "Check Out" below your items.
5. In this last step, you are provided a few fields to fill out information regarding your shipping address, payment information, and billing address.
Please Note: if your billing address is different than your shipping address, uncheck the icon under the payment information which says "Use shipping address as billing address" and proceed to enter a valid billing address associated with your payment method.
6. Before pressing "Pay Now" at the bottom of the checkout screen, confirm all information is correct and apply any discount coupons you may have in the "Discount Code" field under your items on the top right of your checkout screen.
7. Once you have confirmed your information and applied any valid discount codes, you are ready to press Pay Now which will take you to your order confirmation screen. Here you are presented with the shipping and billing information you provided with your order as well as an order confirmation code.
8. If you have provided an email address or phone number for your order, you should receive an order confirmation email or text containing the information for your order.
Your order has now been placed and we will work to process your order in a timely manner. Standard shipping times are 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed when normal business hours resume Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM EST.
